hey. im in the market looking to buy a winged outlaw kart. i live in nc and theres a bunch of tracks that run them around here if you could message me with a website to where i might be able to find some of these for sale because i dont know where to find them.

Why is it every time there was a caution the 16 kart was moved back into second place?

I thought the same thing watching my son race it live, but after watching this video I realized that there was a kart that did not complete the lap. All karts must complete a lap prior to a caution or karts are reverted back to the previous lap count.
