@coolguy112096 I'm not an expert, but I think Ganondorf is King of EVIL while Zant is King of TWILIGHT. Therefore, it's probable that they're related. Link sword will only glow in the Twilight Realm which is where you fight Zant. (Although I'm not sure why)
