Thanks for the feedback. I totally get that U-verse works for a lot of people. Sadly, I can't even watch TV shows online anymore. Used to love watching Hulu on my old antique modem. But now every few seconds I get to watch a black screen and a "Loading" icon. I have a brand-new MacBook that wkd fine w/the old modem. All I know is this was a horrible decision that I could not regret more. I won't even get started on the nightmare of the billing.

Your video is so un-true. The AT&T phone techs and U-verse techs are the same people. Same training. You either don't know how to plug in your modem or your tech is a moron. U-verse rocks and works 100 % for me and several of my friends and family. I'm tired of uneducated people getting mad at U-verse for stuff they should educate themselves about before ordering. Are you even less than 3000 feet from your Nod? your tech should have confirmed this before installing. LEARN HOW TO USE TECHNOLOGY

You have a Att uverse tech which installs voip Internet and tv in the house. They also do the wiring at the box that's down the street from your house in order for the signal to go from the box to the house. If there is trouble with the signal making it, that's where the Att repair tech comes out to figure find the problem between the box and the house. Now if there is trouble with your order that's a whole different story. Your service will not work until they clear that issue.
