For future gamers using this as a possible guide to navigating this area (I'm still trying to figure it out), I tend to crouch around the holograms so I know when they are alerted to me (Caution, Detected, Danger, whatnot). Also if you're going to explode, don't reload manually, just look around before you die. The Radio Signal/Bomb Collar aspect of Dead Money might have seemed like a good idea on paper, and it might have appealed to a few gamers but it made the DLC worse for most gamers.

if you jump to the right at 9:27, on top of that box, and follow it around, the hologram projectors are up there. well two of them anyways...
