@lucero5006 You simply open up an application called "Photo booth". If you don't find it on the desktop, open your computer icon, open "application" folder and find it there. If you like, you can drag it onto the dock on the desktop for future use too. In photo booth, you can apply "filters" before capturing the pictures. Some filters distort the image, some add cool stuffs like snow flakes, fire etc. Later, you can drag this pictures into iMovie and add music. then export to Youtube. Easy.

Funny stuff! What kind of visual effect did you use on this one?

That is standard "PhotoBooth" software that come with an Apple Macintosh. There are several filters to distort the WebCam image in real time. The kids look at funny images on the computer monitor, move their heads to the right position to get the best effects. When they are ready, click the capture button and 3-2-1, the snapshot is taken. Most of the image in this sequence was made with the "Bulge" filter, IIRC, but I'm not sure. It is like fisheye effect but only at the center of the picture.

Photo Booth has many special effect. This slideshow was mainly done using the "bulge" effect. It is like a fisheye lens to make the middle really big. If you think this is scary, wait till you see those twisted faces made with the "swirl" effect. :-)
