Wow, that must have hurt; you probably blew the seals. But hey, that was an excellent way to handle something like that. instead of panicking and slamming hard on either brake and possible low-siding or even high-siding, you eased it off the track and kept the bike up. Sure, it probably hit hard and you'll probably need new fork seals, but you definitely saved yourself a lot of money and work by saving your body/fairings, bars, mirrors, jacket, helmet, etc. from getting scrathed or broken.

i rode dirt for years. and the forks were fine didnt blow anything.
