I hope dpr stays suspended, youtube can certainly do well without immature pumpkins like him. Or matter of fact most users who name themselves "atheist" while joining a community. What are you trying to say and who cares about if you or anyone believes or doesn't believe in faith or a god. Is that something the whole world has to know about? Certainly not... If I hadn't had the experiences with Christ, that I have, I would be an athiest also. dpr is one of the smart athiests, and he doesn't deserve the crap from vfx. vfx is one of the most rotton people I have ever come across. I'm glad I caught it before that was taken down. But why did VFX even go after that when he wasn't even in it? Does he really want to rile Thunderf00t over false DMCA's again? Hopefully, VFX's family will be informed of this and make him stop, since Jordan Owen has been in contact with VFX's father.

I say "Apparently" as while it is likely, it is not 100% certain that it is VFX that is doing the filing, he has a lot of followers, every bit as crazy as VFX is, they may be retaliating against that they think is the people responsible for VFX leaving, again.

Unfortunately when Shaun's dad says Shaun has a 'heart of gold' that statement really contradicts Shaun's vindictive actions and abominable lies about DPRJones. Someone is going to scrape Shaun's head across rough concrete one day, but it's not like no one ever warned him.

If these last DMCA's that were filed are really from PCS, I think legal action should no longer be considered an option, but as something that is needed to be done. This is getting out of hand, PCS is clearly completely disconnected from reality.

Given jordanowen's video, I'm not sure anymore that suing is the best option, but something certainly needs to be done. Perhaps take his internet connection away? The best way to do that would be to complain to his university about breach of terms (I'm at university myself and know my university would come down on me like a tonne of bricks if I broke the law using their connection, at least by cutting my connection, and probably also by disciplining me)

The problem for Shawn is that may still occur. Even if there isn't a lawsuit his school may very well kick him.

I'm thinking Shawn needs a psychological evaluation and perhaps even needs to be committed. Recent events might even allow for a court ordered evaluation to be made.

In the end, my sympathy strings are beginning to be pulled. I don't like that. I like being a cold hearted immoral atheist.

I'm not sure this sort of "slap on the hand" will work. He needs his freedom taken away and not to be coddled by his parents. Basically, he needs to have a fall of sorts in order to truly learn. Just taking away his privileges will do nothing.

It seems he has serious psychological problems. (jordanowen quotes VFX's father "His heart is made of gold, his mind is not") If that's the case, it would seem that the kind of reaction needs to change- from punishment and trying to teach him a lesson (it seems unlikely he'd learn from that, given all that's happened), to incapacitation of some kind. He does his damage on the internet (at the moment at least), so surely the response should be to remove him from the internet?

I'm just not sure it would work to simply take away his internet. He needs to be thrown down onto his ass and forced to get up on his own. His parents sheltering him from taking responsibility will not fix things.
