LOL i burned a pair of these cheap speakers out real quick with only adding 32watts more to it with my MTX RT202 amp. These things are shit. Now i got KICKER DS6930's. They can stand the power and last much much longer.
@crammage jvc's are a good brand, but.. 3ways are not reliable. for any brand really. if u want a good clean sounding system, buy a component set, make ur highhs mids and lows seperate from each other, buy tweeters, component mids, and a couple 10's and ur system will sound clear as day. Turned allll the way up. Cause nothing will be distorting. Since everything is separate.
@michaelsfarm well i mean if u want a clean crisp sounding system u gotta spend a little more, like i said jvc is a good brand and if u find in ur budget get it. 6x9's are great for alot of bass.
@michaelsfarm i spent 20$ on my mids in my dash, and 80$ on my kicker 6x9's behind my seats and 15$ on some tweeters on my window pillars. the mids are cheap but have lasted, they are mtx's and i just got em from a friend thats why i got em cheap, and the kickers are brand new, as for the tweeters they were cheap but have lasted me more than a year, they are SPL's.
hard earned money (i hope) gone to waste... yea bro BLOW UR FUCKING SPEAKER OUT. GOOD JOB SUP

i just wanted to buy 4 cheao soeakers , 2 4inch a nd 2 16/9's
and get a hed unit that has a working aux jack
all i have now is 2 stock blown speakers,, 2 half 3 watt speakers from a shelf system to a 20 stereo , and 2 16/9 pioneers , 3 way seem ok came in a
