Second half of the Brady Bill has shut down potential voters. Not everywhere but, I can tell you that the Sheriff's men here have already stated how pissed off they were when this happened here and cost many good mens jobs with the local Sheriff due to skeletons in their closets. Some folks never had their charges expunged when they got wiser and as a result, if the second half of the bill is recognized in their red neck o' the woods, they can't vote. I guess it had to begin somewhere.
