It's obvious this woman loves to do this. I love bi planes and am seriously thinking of going to school to learn how. I think one must get a wonderful feeling doing this. The word that keeps coming to my mind is 'free'.
Fantastic video! First of all, I love biplanes! I don't think there's a more beautiful airplane than a biplane. Secondly, Margaret looks like she lives for the flight! You can see her absolute joy! She must be trained both in classical ballet and gymnastics to do what she does. I can't wait to see Silver Wings in an airshow!
As a retired flight attendant (EAL, AA), I can tell you without reservations that this video made me feel great happiness. It successfully shows the joy that we feel for the sky when we are "up there."
Enjoyed this very much, had my first flying lesson in a Stearman 180 with spin strips. That was back in 1947 My cousin Merle Bryan bought from Army surplus for $800. Thank you for sharing and it was great camera work.
True art! How magestic and graceful. What a wonderufl dance between the wing walker, the pilot, and the plane! Thanks!

What country was that filmed in?
GraeCabbage 3 years ago
@GraeCabbage
This video appears to be filmed from Cal-Aero Field, Chino California. Home of the Silver Wings team.
They are hangered right across the street from the Planes of Fame Air Museum.
They love what they do. It is a passion. Every time I see them fly, it is poetry in flight.
