  • ok, i'll try not to burn myself? maddening inflection!!?????????

  • 'shoyu is pure pork, uh, i mean protein' hahahahaha

  • wot?? shoyu ain't high in sodium?? - sheesh wot planet is she from? - even salt reduced shoyu is about 3500mg of sodium/100ml - i'd say that WAS high. she should say just use a very light sprinkling.

  • THAT IS JUST PURE DISGUSTING

  • I love your tutorial cooking videos Expert Village! Very professional, soothing, sweet. I am posting some of them on Naturally Yours Blog, thus promoting your YouTube channel. Soon we'll be doing our own. Thanks for the great example of how to do it!!!

  • Two things that irritate me about macrobiotics: Everything you need is incredibly specific and only seems to be available high-price at health food stores; and that the principle of macrobiotics is that you eat foods native to the region in which you live, yet it almost always seems to revolve around Japanese recipes! It can't be both, it's either native to where you live or it's Japanese - most of the world does not live in Japan!

  • are organic soybean products guaranteed not to have any monsantu(?) herbacides? I know that sounds silly, but how can we be sure? Just starting my research for a macro lifestyle

  • Ha, I never noticed I was doing that! This was the first time I had ever been on camera, ever. With no script.

  • You did extremely well, specially for being your first time in front of camera. Don't worry about the other comments, it's very easy to judge others, but it's just as easy to encourage, yet we choose to judge. Good luck!

  • is everthing a question...ahhhhh!!!

  • LOL that's exactly what i was thinking.

  • 1tblsp oil.

    medium flame(gas)

    10 minutes on each side.

    soyasauce (unfermented schouyu?)

    but is it good?

  • Nama Shoyu is unpasteurized soy sauce. You can find it at a good quality health food store, like Whole Foods. It's very tasty if you ask me and worth every penny...made with organic ingredients, no alcohol, naturally fermented, unpasteurized, which means it's full of enzymes, enzymes aid in digestion.
