I always think it's kinda silly when I see people mope about their favourite bands breaking up but now that I think about it, I would be absolutely devastated if I heard Thrice were breaking up. They're so consistently amazing and groundbreaking though that I doubt they'd ever feel the need to. If anyone wanted to try something new, Thrice would likely take that direction.

@wingman42 @stextalborg I don't know if they are going to necessarily break up, but it does sort of seem like a "closure record" And now everyone has families and Teppei moved to an island off the coast of washington. So theres some distance in thrice now. I hope it's not the end, but wow, what a journey. This band is fucking incredible. Thrice love forever!

But I dont think distance can keep them from making music with each other, and theyll start playing again a little down the line. Im also predicting/hoping that teppei starts a music studio and label.
