Sex offenders are not allowed to work and live where they want! In fact sex offenders are even listed in the social security law as a disability. Nazis started with commitment centers. We are on the wrong track and it will come back to court. Our law makers make jobs up along the way and all they know is incarcerate to make $.
I hope this never comes to Canada. As a University Criminology student this type of thing disgusts me. It's an invitation for more crime. It also labels these individuals and is actually counterproductive. This is the type of thing societies living in fear use to feel safe. When in actuallity we all live next to sex offenders. Only the ones who were caught are on the computer though.
well this is also a good thing it can keep people like me expelcaly (sorry for mispelling) teenagers and my friends so there is a good and bad even thought it may seem like more crime but i dont i live in america and my father was a police officer and he told me about this website so 2 sides

The problem is the Human Rights law that criminals of all varieties use to prevent this happening. They cite it impinges on their freedom to privacy, and allows for vigilante action;) The legal system here is a mess, and rarely just. Each day the papers are filled with tales of injustice and the criminals walking away with a grin. I always preferred the American justice system, it seemed to be more functional than ours.
well sence the downturn of our economy there is more perverts in our states actauly my school has a perverted person in it im not harassing him because by law i cant but geez he was looking down my girlfriends shirt
What a witch hunt. Factually, many on the registry are non-violent offenders and some are even kids! Political corruption at it's finest.
