This is actually the theme song from an anime called "Touch" which was originally a Manga. The story revolves around twin brothers and a girl who they've been friends with since childhood. One brother is a fantastic baseball pitcher and the object of the girl's affection. However, when he's killed in an accident, the other twin, a slacker, takes his place and tries to win and mend her broken heart, AND take his brother's place on the pitching mound.
