björk works with him so he does the beats but she also does beats not in this song but björk can produce and write beats but this time she didn't and who cares ?!

Yeah, Mark Bell is always with Björk, he made it before it going to be named DECLARE INDEPENDENCE, but it was always a work for Björk, also it's too curious to watch how the same lights colours are in the video...that green/blue :o

nope, Mark works with bjork for many years, bjork said that sometimes they build up songs over the Makrs tunes, like this one. Its in fact Bells works with bjorks vocals and bit of mixing. 2 other best tracks from volta are build the same way. Bjork without Bell is weaker and she knows that

in my opinion cooperation with matmos was good, but not the best ever :) For example version of an Echo a stain made with mark is much more interesting than with matmos. They are great experimental sample mixers but i do prefer Marks deep and cold sound spaces :P
