I had problems with this mission and figured it out. follow the signal on the top of the bearing until the bar is solid. It helps if you take out the ground targets if you have enough time after you find the chick. Protect the chopper by taking out ground targets and air targets. I used the Mig 31 for it's speed because of the clock.

In mission 10, you have to get to the E-767 that flying at about 25000 feet. There's four of them, one above each cluster of supposed transport planes. Also, it helps if you get closer to the plane.

Get something that has decent anti-ground ability if you are losing in the second part. SAM missiles can travel very far, as can flak guns.

The bar at the top flashes. Turn so that the bars meet together. This is the correct angle towards Nagase. As you approach, separate bands will separate and cycle, implying you are approaching.

I've been at this fuckin mission for months and months.. No matter what i do, I can't pass.. The chopper always get's shot down. Any suggestions? Like, What plane to use? Or take out all Enemy Aircrafts on the Map? Or Skip em and go for jammer or skip jammer and other planes and clear? help plz?

Get something with lots of A2A missiles, like XMAA. As soon as the chopper appears, head towards it and skim the ground like I did, firing at the ground missile launchers and AA guns, as they will attack the chopper more than the planes will. Once you take care of the groun threat, then you can fight the planes.

No problem.

I just thought about it again, and the part where you're jammed, you actually have 2 options:

1. Continue in your current direction, because that's where you were pointed prior to jamming.

2. Shoot down the jammer aircraft as part of the S rank pursuit.

So if you're trying to clear, you can avoid the jammers for now.
