Add me to the list ....I would take Ashley over Rhett any day...I don't know why he was considered a 'weak' character when he had the strength to resist Scarlett's advances for all those years. lol If it were up to Scarlett they would have run off together and left Melanie, the baby, Scarlett's sisters, Mammy...everyone at Tara to starve. Only Ashley standing firm and doing the right thing prevented this

Leslie Howard aka Ashley Wilkes is super HOT!!! I actually liked him better than Clark Gable. Leslie is so dashing and I don't mind the "gay doorman at the beverly wilshire" look. Wish he was around longer to do more work. He makes a great leading man, so romantic. Love Ya Leslie whereever u are!
