this guy is shit. Thats the best dish he can come up with wow thats expert. he could have used on the fish a paste consiting of chopped ginger, eshallots, lemon grass, corriander, soy, pepper, lemon juice, an chilli.

That would have been nice but all he uses is onions on the side with a destroyed hacked up fish fillet.

Why is he even part of expert village.

Even better than onions with your seafood is fresh ginger. It neutralises the fishy smell, makes the food fragrant.
