@lorand133 Yes...and like "lorand133" said, the servers went off in 2008.... BUT, it was bought by "Hanbisoft" and there are servers...in Japan...

Go search on "HellGate:Revival", for multiplayer access...but, they don't own it, they just tell you how to subscribe on the Japanese site of HellGate "online", of Hanbisoft...

Still it's an excellent game and it's too bad that flagship bankrupted and they shut down the servers... But playing it offline isn't all that bad either especially on nightmare mode... then things get interesting :D

this game is Hellgate: London. The company that created it went belly up in about a year. I can only be played online in korea. You can purchase the game on ebay cheap. There are people creating major mods for this game. search "Revival"

Rullerbjerg I think this would work with extordanary ease for you And as for you Mownardopisof this game is fliping huge I personally would say its bigger then wow itself. Reason being later in the game you press 'm' to bring up your map, you won't be able to see the full map at all.

I think it should work very well :-) You can check how demo works - type "hellgate london demo" in Google and it'll find some mirrors. Full version after patches runs much better than demo 8-)

The game is completely zoned. Even the safe zones in the game can only hold 50 or so people.

There is no persistent world where thousands of people can inhabit the land together.

There is a single-player component, an MMORPG no-no.

so maybe u can call it an morpg instead of an mmorpg...its missin the massive portion :P

It's a good number of players. i don't care about the loading screen, if doesn't take too much time to load. Zoned games have better graphics than mmo, it's something normal and i rather it (sorry, but for me in todays world, the videogame developers must do a a better graphic job than in WOW, even if it's a gargantuan map where everybody interacts. A zone game with large zones is a better option for me.
