In the movie, the longer Space Godzilla fought, the more powerful he got (kind of like the hulk). However, this is because he had a chance to erect so many crystals.. When the main crystals were destroyed his power dropped severely. Try targeting his crystal structures.. I don't play Mugen but, that's generally how one needs to play to beat him in the new Godzilla game or the other play gets over whelmed pretty hard... and this version appears to be based on that one, judging from his attacks.
