@ItsForYourSafety: But look how the Feds are applying it. It's really not a law at all, for any law that attempts to nullify any portion of the Constitution isn't a law at all.
it doesn't matter as long as the people play along with it ... btw: it's the same as the "reichstagsbrandverordnung" in germany (when hitler blamed a "jewish terrorist" from the netherlands for it) people are afraid, so they will support it
well the supreme court isn't that much of a deal if you got your people in it. Ultraconservatives like Scalia have always been a problem. I don't know about the others but at least Sotomayor is member of a questionable society called belizean grove (female counterpart to bohemian grove)
The Senat should be such a seg as well, but think about the anthrax-attacks against Daschle and Leahy (they switched thier opinion about the bill after receiving those letters)
@ItsForYourSafety: I wouldn't be a bit surprised to learn that those so-called anthrax attacks on Daschle, and Leahy, were Black Ops. Law Enforcement is always out for higher budget allotments. Any "law" passed to increase their influence is always welcomed. Law enforcement couldn't care less about the Constitution. In fact, they abhor it. To them it's an impediment to their endeavors.
you are absolutely right ... all the life is just a stage and politics are being privatized. But it's not just the military industrial complex, now it's Military, private surveilance, pharmacos .. all influencing political decisions for profits and power. And they work globally,in the end they meetup some levels above the ceo's and it's on this level, where total world domination is being established.
To believe this "terranian empire" will be an uptopia would be optimistic ;)
I voted for Baldwin as well. When votes are "counted" by Diebold electronic voting machines, and the MSM controls all elections, voting becomes meaningless. If voting changed anything they'd make it illegal.
Me too...But I'll tell you something that really bothered me a lot...For the first time in my life I was not allowed to vote for the candidate of my choice. 1st it was a voting machine and 2nd they told me if I voted for Ron Paul by write in, it wouldn't be counted. I am enraged. I fought and damn near died for that right. I'm looking into legal action against the state I live in.
Seeing Obama has kept his birth records from public view, possibly not a natural born American citizen, why not vote Schwarzenegger as president, lol. Who cares if he is not a natural born citizen? Not me.
I voted for Chuck Baldwin partly because Ron Paul asked his supporters to. And because with Ohio's ballot machines you can't make a write in vote which I believe is a violation of my constitutional right to vote my choice. Otherwise I would have voted for Ron Paul. Chuck's a good guy but Ron Paul needs to give up on the republican party and run independent with Jesse Ventura as V/P and save this country. Chuck Norris could be the secretary of defence...LOL...Nothing to fear but Chuck himself!
Notice the Orwellian name tag they gave to the most blatant assault on the Constitution ever... "The Patriot Act". What a bunch of sleezy bastards!

Well, actually it's just an abbreveation... it stands for:

@ItsForYourSafety: Where is the Supreme Court on this matter? I always thought the SC was a segment to the checks and balances of government?
