sometimes a hose will not reach all the way through the woods. plus why waste water that will be needed some other time when u can break the fire line with a rake or a hoe. its alot easier this way
is this at faxon park? fires are always burstin up over there. me and my friend stopped one when some guy dropped a cigarette on the leaves :D
