Jesus called us for such a time as this. Yes our victory is n Jesus. The songs today have left Jesus out and sound more 'self delivered'. Thank u Jesus for leading me to this song and for the posting. Enjoyed it very much.
1Corinthians 15:54-When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”55“Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?”56The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 57But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

I love this song..The first time I heared it my youth pastor and Kristin sang it while we were at ASP while we were at the familys house that we were fixing their roof...
I know that was just a cute remark but Buddy and Kay did more for people than anybody else I know...I dont know how they kept the hours they did because they were constantly doing benefits and singings and then up before daylight doing "Mornin"....Kay is still active and a blessing to so many...God bless her and RIP Buddy....
Hey Buddy 1951 I used to watch Buddy and Kay all the time when I lived in Red Bay...I have told all my friends about them singing "Tupelo" I was wondering if you hada video on that and if so would you post it? Thanks!!!
Nice, but could use some ukulele in that group! Thanks for the old hymns!

Buddy Smith isn't bad....but Buddy and Kay fall in that "making a joyful noise" category!
