  • There is no connection between this recording group and Simon and Garfunkel. Paul and Art did work under that name early in their careers, but this group has Tommy Tomlinson and Jerry Kennedy, and that's the source of the name.

  • if anyone is interested i have stereo copy of this with the disc still sealed in the inner bag that i am looking to sell. i can't imagine how good an unplayed original pressing of this would sound if someone dared to open the bag. if interested just message me directly

  • My Dad had this album and I wore it out as a kid. Its still around here somewhere..I learned to play every song on this album. Thanks for posting..

  • The fabulous sax player on this album is Boots Randolph and all the musicians where the best of that period , but i will have to look in the back of the album to remember them all, i heard too that tom and jerry became simon and garfunkel after

  • My parents owned this album; I read the back of the cover many times; In answer to someones' question I understand that this IS Simon and Garfunkel before they became vocalists. The Boogie number also has the seconed guitair playing the tune, "Luther Played the Boogie Woogie" in about measure 32+

They were also the guitarists' in Johnny Horton's recording. In fact one of them was in the tragic crash and as the back cover says, Is expected to fully recover.

    Is this available in cd?

  • I have both also,I got them from colombia, long time ago

  • I have both albums that they released, I got them from my Dad.

  • I've got this record and am about to transfer it to CD.. maybe I'll send you one Sammy!. Good to hear this wonderful version. These aren't Simon and Garfunkel when they used the name Tom and Jerry, are they?

  • Can you upload Walk Don't Run in that album please?

  • My Grandad gave this album to me in the early sixties! Sure wish I still had it. These guys were great.

  • I had this record back in the 70's. I;ve looked many times for it since and this the only place I have found it. what a pleasure to hear it again,I'd love to have it on a cd . Thanks a bunch
