This has to be the most amazing group of women ever gathered on a single round table; I think, the only people missing are Summer Glau and Lena Heady. I agree with all of them and I believe that the only way Wonder Woman can work today is if they let Joss Whedon turn his vision of her into a reality.
I liked some of the things said, everyone (I think) made some valid points. I don't think Maggie Q was off the mark in her analyzation of modernizing Wonder Woman. She touched points that not everyone wants to see WW in her bloomers, but not everyone is ready for her in pants...its just a confusing to state to understand what people will want or respond too. I loved how Gellar mentioned JOSS. That even he had a hard time getting WW off the ground.
I think Jennifer Morrison was right on the nose as to what the issue is with making a WW TV show or movie: you need to have someone with a strong vision and understanding of the character.
Ok I'm sure Maggie Q and Sarah Gellar DONT remember Linda Carter, they where too young.... especially Maggie... she knows nothing about the 70's other being born in 1979....
I'm sure they saw reruns of wonder woman, or probably watched youtube reruns...
