Anyone that has done a front flip into a bellyflop off a low diving board has done a 450. This was just slow and sloppy, hence shitty. Watch a 2 Cold Scorpio or Justin Gabriel 450...those are quick and crisp.

And BTW, you ignorant ass, wrestlers that perform moonsaults, SSPs, and other flipping splashes practice on diving boards. Landing on a person in a horizontal position and landing on water in a horizontal position is the same damn thing. You just have to position the person taking the move in the right place.

@reivenlocke I am a pro wrestler, A high flyer, and I have never, ever even HEARD of someone practicing high flying moves off a diving board. I'm not saying that it couldn't work, but just that we don't do it like that. In the ring man, in the ring.

Many high flyers that did interviews on WCW Live back in the day (Kidman, Blitzkreig, Juvi) mentioned that they used the pool for practice. Even Big Show in his days as The Giant in WCW mentioned that he was using the pool to practice his moonsault which he was never allowed to unveil.
