Considering though of course that all of the rest of the races were shown up to this point, I doubt there was anything to hide. Probably a time issue.

And think about it -- the same result anyway.=)

Takumi DOES actually pass and win that race at the end because although his suspension crashes--he keeps on keeping on and passes his opponent clunking by while his opponent is puking from exhaustion and dehydration!
