  • Decent attempt at this song by all of the Fabs.

  • this is my favourite video of all time. ohjohn ,how he cracks me up.

  • you dont see enough of the fool being used in rock records these days...

  • the best version of the song I've EVER heard !! I've never heard this b4. I didn't know they ever covered it. Great post ! (huh-huh; huh-huh; that's what SHE said...)

  • @gwugluud Chuck's original still the best.

  • :O what guitar has George got in the first picture of him?!

  • @kenco124 Might be an Epiphone Casino.

  • @yourtubesteak

That's no epiphone, it's got a Gibson Headstock... I think it's an ES-335 Dot with Bigsby

  • @kenco124 its joe browns gibson es 335

  • Love the Pictures ...and the song!!

  • Thank you.

  • @wewillbugyou That's not Dylan man, I don't who it is, but not Dylan.

  • good!!....wonderful version.

  • 1:52 who's the fifth person in this picture?

  • This is probally the BEST cover of this song! John sings great!

  • Nope still prefer Elvis' version!

  • i don't care what anyone says they made the best version ! <3

  • Y esta es la chingona

  • 2:13 was great! haha!

  • 1.34 best pic!

  • its good, but to be fair is nothing on either the original or the yardbirds' version

  • Ringo na bateria é d+! *-*

  • 1:57 Geniuses

  • adamtzsch fuck you bitch

  • @GUS4BEATLES Can't we all just get along, cunt?

  • @adamtzsch Now that IS truly funny! *****

  • @adamtzsch i bet he/she believes that knows about music.. but, he/she doesn't know.. poor thing haha

  • @adamtzsch = Fucktard

  • Is it John singing? Anyone knows?

  • @Fancylooks Yeah, it is John.

  • Great collection of photos. Excellent!

  • maybe some people like some other versions, but this has the most energy.

  • You guys are fucking dumb, Besides the original this version is the best! End of fucking story.

  • @SeanWesley81 Whoa, bro..

Just let others enjoy their versions, it's their opinion, so stick with yours, thus less hate and more love.

  • @Deadrisingfan2 agreed.

  • @Gyphia yes he is, he gives this song a great groove.

  • Sorry, but would anybody tell me when and where this photo (@1:58) with Bob Dylan was taken? I have been a big fan of Dylan and the Beatles for decades, but I have never seen this photo. I am so excited with this rare photo. Thanks!

  • @blanket92001 Me too. Don't know if it's real or fake ...

  • @Heidibear76 It better be real or else the record company was making money off of a faked recording. This recording was officially released!

  • a do Elvis é melhor =)

  • from one of the greatest bands ever this version of the song definitely feels the most plain and sterile. the hollies version was more energetic. and the yardbirds version was downright punbkrock.

  • @logen99999 I think Beatles' covers could sound bland and formulaic- with some notable exceptions. Hollies-good pop reading; Yardbird's- superb.

  • @logen99999 bare in mind this was not a studio effort, but a 'one-take live performance' of the song.

  • It is difficult to me to admit it, but performed by The Hollies this song sounds better.

  • This is John playing the lead too, total rocker in those days!

  • 2:15 ' I Carn't Spel' That Was Funny.

  • Notice that they could do kickass versions of old covers besides writing their own stuff

  • Lennon had the quintessential rock and roll voice.

  • @Gyphia ever heard their version of "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down and Cry Over You"? you wanna talk about Ringo showing what he's made of!

  • The best Version is from Elvis! But the Beatles are Legends too, of course, there is no question about this :-)

  • i love them so much i just want to scream at the top of my lungs when i hear them. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 0:19 John's eyes xD!!

  • This shows why John Lennon will go down in history as the king of rock & roll!

  • @stan469

With all due respect Elvis was and is the King, and he was King before the Beatles. The met once in California, and the Beatles were in awe of him.

Let's also remember whose song it is: Chck Berry.

  • elvis version is the best and i am fan of john lennon he is my favorite artist.Althought the best version is by elvis, just listen it

  • It was only a king...ELVIS... But I also like a lot The Beatles...

  • Rock & Roll was there bread & butter before they made it- they played them all at one time or another.

  • Elvis and Chuck Berry have NOTHING on this version!

John sings the hell out of it!

    BEATLES FOREVER!

  • im paul and i uhhh..umm let me think about it for a while..ohh yeah i play the bass.

  • John

I play the guitar too and sometimes play the fool, Priceless!

  • I love Ringo's deep voice!George's Meatwad voice.When Paul says I UHHHHHH umm..play the bass.And John was so funny!

  • 0:27 Geff is sticking a dildo up Paul's ass AWW RINGO!JonNy b goode is great

  • I don't agree. --- I'm agree that John was a hell of a singer, but in this case he could not compare to the deep voice of Elvis. --- Elvis was a number 1 by his voice. --- I also have to say that even as a Beatles-fan and thay could sing extremely good, they did'nt have the voice as Elvis or Roy Orbison had. --- That's the truth,as Johnny Cash said in his album "Johnny 99"

  • i like Elvis's version better cuz he sings it right

  • LULZ I carn't spel

  • This is the BBC's Sounds of the 60's Beatles A to Zed song for week starting 21NOV09 A short history of this song can be heard on-line by going to the prog & clicking play again 21NOV09/1101

  • "I carn't spell"

    2:12

    =D

  • I love John at 1:51 !!

  • I love Paul's facial expression @ :57!

  • Love th way George says 'I'm George and I play a guitar...' XD

  • This is great rendition by the Beatles of an old Chuck Berry classic. The sound on your video is just fantastic. Would it be possible to re-upload this tune WITHOUT THE BEGINNING DIALOGUE ... just a CLEAN TUNE? It would make for much more enjoyable listening. Regards Virgil Hilts

  • write a book ........ LoL

  • "Sometimes I play the fool..." LOL

  • (sorry, singing veg if I've spammed up your vids but this is really important).... so I just read the article on wiki titled The Beatles bootlegs. In there it says that the Two disc version of BBC is not the full version and there's a full eleven-disc version free on the net somewhere. If anyone knows anything about this let me know because I'd love to find it.

  • There are a number of songs duplicated in the complete BBC Beatles, plus some that are very poor quality, but if you can find a copy (or a source on the internet). The 2 CD version put out in the 90's under George Martin seem to play the versions that were closest to the recorded on the LPs. They omitted the 6 songs with Pete Best (ask me why, picture of you, etc), left of Beautiful Dreamer which has very good sound quality. I hope you find it, I hand to buy (2 different versions) my sets.

  • Damn, John rocked the HELL out of this one! He did it better than anyone else EVER did!

John tore it up with this one!

  • Sooooooooooooo hard to sit still and not bop around when this song is on!

  • yeahh I Love this Song!!!<3
