Rumormill has it that these cars will start around $60k base and up to $100k loaded. I got to drive one around last week and it is a very nice car, but I dont know about $100k. My model had the 4.6L but they will also come with a 5.0L and possibly 5.5L. My model had a fridge in the back and even power rear seats!

Yes I have. I owned a 2007 Azera. About 37K When I first got it it the transition would slip. For me that was no big deal. I just took it back in for a new Trans. Then about a month after that my right rear wheel baring was making noises. took it back 3 times for the same thing. But I (like an idiot) kept the car. then a few months later my engine through a rod. I still think it may have through a rod. But it didn't matter I got rid of the shit, and bought a brand new Mazda 6. I just love it.

honestly, every luxury car looks like one another. You can easily argue buick stold designs from mercedes/ lexus, or lexus to mercedes... its all too similiar~ however to make a similiar luxury brand but fraction of the cost is what interests me.Overall, its a decent car, but I'd get a genesis instead.
Well I wouldn't say that they copied the G37/yaris, but I do see the exhaust.
The side is copied straight off the 2010 Buick lacrosse. Not the windows- the hip near the rear. There's no mistaking it for a Buick cue. and hyundai straight up jacked it.
i only say G37 because the sedan's bumper has the same small vent in the middle and the two larger ones on the sides opening outward...not the mention the shape of the headlights which is almost the same...and yeah the taillights idk i recognize them from somewhere besides the yaris but i dont remember where. and yeah i see the side being copied from buick too
Too bad the 2010 Buick Lacrosse was announced several weeks AFTER this car make it's debut. Nobody copied anyone here, and if they did, within mere weeks of eachother, I would seriously question the quality of the Buick. As for the rear, this car has the rear of an 06 azera, which BTW is also a hyundai.

Slighty Lexus looking (specially from rear lines and tailights) and it has also some of Mercedes Benz S class on the front. However and somehow.., I admit this car looks cool.
I'd give this car a fair shake. The Genesis sedan and coupe aren't bad cars, so, honestly, I could see this being a good pick too. Would it be worth 50K? I don't know, but it's possible. Likely it won't have the extra 10K worth of maintenance that your Benz or Bimmer is going to have.

Yes I have. I owned a 2007 Azera. About 37K When I first got it it the transition would slip. For me that was no big deal. I just took it back in for a new Trans. Then about a month after that my right rear wheel baring was making noises. took it back 3 times for the same thing. But I (like an idiot) kept the car. then a few months later my engine through a rod. I still think it may have through a rod. But it didn't matter I got rid of the shit, and bought a brand new Mazda 6. I just love it.

According to who? JD Power (worlds #1 independent automotive analysts) ranked Lexus as #1 in quality. Incidentally Hyundai finished #4 behind only Porsche and Cadillac. So obviously lower cost does not equal shorter life span. Luxury brands are marketed to ppl with more money than brains. Hyundai finished higher in quality than BMW, Mercedes, Infiniti, Acura, and Audi.

Tell me ONE innovation into that engine, please,... After that, check how is calculate that list of 'top ten', and after all, try to check between how many engines and types is that engine. To solve some doubt: V8 into V6 (almost all of them are V6) --> Then, normal... same power as some of those V6 but CHEAPER, high torque (V8), but high comsuption (not related with the size of the engine), but that doesn't mean anything.

honestly, every luxury car looks like one another. You can easily argue buick stold designs from mercedes/ lexus, or lexus to mercedes... its all too similiar~ however to make a similiar luxury brand but fraction of the cost is what interests me.Overall, its a decent car, but I'd get a genesis instead.

Well I wouldn't say that they copied the G37/yaris, but I do see the exhaust.
The side is copied straight off the 2010 Buick lacrosse. Not the windows- the hip near the rear. There's no mistaking it for a Buick cue. and hyundai straight up jacked it.

i only say G37 because the sedan's bumper has the same small vent in the middle and the two larger ones on the sides opening outward...not the mention the shape of the headlights which is almost the same...and yeah the taillights idk i recognize them from somewhere besides the yaris but i dont remember where. and yeah i see the side being copied from buick too

Too bad the 2010 Buick Lacrosse was announced several weeks AFTER this car make it's debut. Nobody copied anyone here, and if they did, within mere weeks of eachother, I would seriously question the quality of the Buick. As for the rear, this car has the rear of an 06 azera, which BTW is also a hyundai.

I'd give this car a fair shake. The Genesis sedan and coupe aren't bad cars, so, honestly, I could see this being a good pick too. Would it be worth 50K? I don't know, but it's possible. Likely it won't have the extra 10K worth of maintenance that your Benz or Bimmer is going to have.
