@ophqui He did mention it. PNF stretching is a form of stretching, which he mentioned. Pain is interpreted in the brain alone. These pain signals arise from many different causes, toxins being one of them. Take a course in physiology, you'll learn a lot.
@ophqui 1) Paul Nancy Frank is common way to make sure that any layman can say it, it is so they say P N F instead of B M F, because not everyone hears the same letters the same way. 2) PNF is far easier to remember the Prioceptive neuromuscular facilitiation, unlike active release therapy (common words) & even that he says A R T so it is easier to remember. This is not for geniuses and science experts only, it is for the average or even below average guy who has back pain.
really interesting stuff I don't have SI joint pain but my psoas muscle and SI joint are out of wack how can I contact you for advice I really like your video. My SI joint will click and pop a little bit when I sit down and squeeze my muscles together. I have pain in my lower left side of my back and muscles in my left leg. what do I need to do?
there are instances when damage due to joint degeneration or injury prevents natural resolution. having gotten that out of the way, most all si joint problems are due to upper cervical subluxation. this causes nerve interference which causes neurogenic muscle weakness, in turn causing structural misalignment and joint fixation. these cause excessive stress on the joints and often pain and degenerative change over time. the solution? correct the upper neck so these effects can naturally reverse.
Can anyone tell me a list of names of surgeons who perform the surgery in Australia? And if not the USA/Canada? It is very difficult to find in Australia but I will travel to America if necessary.
My spine mri is normal but I had a serious fall and severe pain around the si joint ever since, $45000 spent on all other treatments over 8 years but little improvement. Can not sit down or lie down or do a host of other tasks. Just want to get my life back.
@n4979338 Did you ever get any relief for your SI joint pain? I have it horrible also, Have you had a steroid injection done with a fleoroscopy - only very experienced Dr. know how to do this. I also know of 2 doctors that are fusing using a wire mesh method. Let me know....
@missbuttercupful Hi, miss, I have tried all the conservative treatments and had no relief other than temporary management. I experienced 100% for a couple of days when I had an injection of anesthetic and steroid into both si joints at the same time. From what I gather the best option is the iFuse procedure. It is not available in Australia so I will have to travel to the USA.
I got no relief, probably because it wasn't my si joint causing the problem. Injections were a peice of cake, though. Just make sure they use a fluoroscopy so they don't screw up. Good luck, hope it works for you.
Enjoyed your video. It seems most people complain of pain on one side or the other. I have equal pain on both sides of my sacrum and into the upper buttocks, mostly from bending, sitting, or driving. How common is this radial pain? I am scheduled to have injections in a week into the si joint, and if it brings relief, then I can begin stretching and strengthening.
can you get SI Joint pain in your mid back?

I believe that fuits and vegetables can reduce inflammation in joints!
I started taking Mona Vie Active for my shoulder pain and now I don't have to take Vicodin before I go to bed!
If you seriously want the Monavie Active, go to juiceberg's channel! They will hook you up!

how were the injections? I had the radial pain as well and they are thinking that it is my si joint because all the tests are coming up normal...
