@bry3685 I LOVED our Neons. We had 2. Of course, some jackass ran a red light, ran into us going 60 mph, we spun around, hit another oncoming innocent car, then flipped over a curb in front of a church. Car was totalled, we were injured but not seriously. The 2nd Neon we had..someone didn't stop at a Fire Station warning light..there were 4 cars stopped, we were the last car..someone rear ended us, we hit the car in front, they hit the car in front, etc Totaled car but we were ok. SAFE CARS

This hurts. My mom has a Neon. wont trade it or sell it. ON her cellphone almost all the time. im just glad my aunt dosent have 1. almost totaled her (First new car) sentra 1 day. Why? SHE WASNT PAYIN ATTENTION...

I've always wondered what happens with the cars that are crash-tested? are they re-built or scrapped?

From what I understand the crash test facilities will keep and store the cars so that they can go back later and collect more data that wasnt called upon initially the first time.
