Man any one can play a Uke if they try. But only a few masters are able to make it Sing like Jake does. It's like one person is playing the rift and solo at the same time...

The thing I like about Jake, is he lets the music speak for itself. He serves the song well by being a musician first before being a showman, sure he could have played Bohemian Rhapsody or Thriller, or another face melting arrangement, but this is a nice tune in itself, I enjoyed listening to it, even though it's not the most technically flashy.

It's because he has brought Ukulele to a new level like Iz brought "Over the Rainbow" from Hawai'i to the rest of the world.. Think it's boring? Go listen to all those voiceless teenyboppers with the raspy California Brittany Spears voice. Now that's what is boring! You just don't appreciate quality. Think you could do better? Post a video to prove it or go elsewhere.

I still find him boring and overrated. It'd be nice if he learned to sing. Instrumentals are so 90s. Reminds me of the Nature company when they used to sell those instrumental CDs.
