I liked Memento's and Unbreakable's. Luck Number Slevin's went on for a little too long and they kept adding too much, but the main twist I thought was really good.
That's a great idea for a topic (if you have more, please keep 'em coming). Immediately springing to mind for Most Overrated Actor is Denzel. He can be excellent, but only when the role fits the very narrow range in which he excels. Sorta like Costner - when he's in a role that suits his Gary Cooper-ish thing, he's pretty awesome, but outside his element it's trouble.
I don't know that Shawshank qualifies as a twist ending exactly, but Primal Fear is definitely a great one we overlooked. We also missed Planet of the Apes, Witness for the Prosecution, The Wicker Man, Soylent Green, The Game, No Way Out, and perhaps my favorite, Angel Heart. We got on Christopher Nolan and M. Night kicks and couldn't divert! :-)
No Way Out starring Kevin Costner

Oh, and Frailty is a great one. I wish Paxton would direct again, he's got a talent for it.

The best twist ending is when Matt says "It was shot by Chris Doyle". Totally didn't see that coming.
