I don't argue existence of god with anyone anymore...it's like trying to teach a pig to sing....you waste your breath and annoy the pig. best to allow them the right to their own beliefs. and only engage when it's a mutually respectful discussion with people who just want to share ideas, not win an argument.

Exactly. I'm a Christian and honestly I'm not a strict creationist. Maybe God guided our evolution and in some aspects allowed other creatures to evolve freely.

He was joking, the whole tone was satirical in nature. Do a search for the bad astronomer to see his site. His movie reviews are pretty good.
