Well technically it is. But they have something called CP's which you can buy to be able to get special items in the game. So in some respects, no it is not. But all those special items can still be bought with out CP's. The only problem is it might take longer to get cause you'll have to work hard in the game to make enough money or get enough CP's to buy it that way. Otherwise, you're better off buying the Ultimate Game Card and spending paper. Well not unless you are a very patient person.
You can go to the site to have your chars. transferred, but it's going to cost some money for them to do it. So not unless you want to pay out your ass to have it done. Your better off just making a new char. or just staying on the server you're on. (Which I say that because if your like me and have alot of different chars. but one main one, I'm sure it's going to cost alot to move them all.)
Sorry to say but not anymore. So be glad you're on a different server. Otherwise, I'd like to ask: Why do you and people like you think they have to say they are better than someone else? Do you all have some family problem? Not loved enough or given enough attention that you think you have to cut others down? (Some people can't buy there way to a great char. and when I make a new video you'll see my hard work has paid off.)
