If robots reached the point of "taking over" then they already would have evolved the capacity to think in terms of what is good for itself and in a future that advanced everything would be computer connected anyway. Man, Second Renaissance is probably the most haunting thing in all of anime. Who directed it? So much amazing imagery. I guess that's what you get when American funds go to Japanese animation studios and they actually have the budget for such amazing work.

Although i'm fond of the Matrix series, i've never bought in to the human batteries idea. Humans only produce 100-200 watts of power via base rate metabolism. a million sedated humans is equivalent to a small nuclear reactor, yet the energy expended in raising and feeding the humans and keeping them warm enough to survive would make the whole thing unworkable. The fusion power idea is sufficient by itself.
If an automaton can feel, think and act in the exact same way a human can, does that still make it only a machine? Do we have the right to take the life from that which desires it? Who is robot, but he who can so easily and mercilessly destroy life after giving it?

Man, Second Renaissance is probably the most haunting thing in all of anime. Who directed it? So much amazing imagery. I guess that's what you get when American funds go to Japanese animation studios and they actually have the budget for such amazing work.

Although i'm fond of the Matrix series, i've never bought in to the human batteries idea. Humans only produce 100-200 watts of power via base rate metabolism. a million sedated humans is equivalent to a small nuclear reactor, yet the energy expended in raising and feeding the humans and keeping them warm enough to survive would make the whole thing unworkable. The fusion power idea is sufficient by itself.

ever think about it that the matrix was actually a matrix inside of a matrix. It would be the only way everything would make sense . Neo being a programm that was made to infect the system with mr Smith. The system was contained in another matrix and well everything just happened so that the humans could gane control over everything once again

Lux Aterna is the name of the actual score created by Clint Mansell. Please do the research and get your facts straight. And it is a remix, the added in static and ambiance along with some other sounds were not in the original.

The Japanese are obsessed with creating machines to do there work for them, this is one possible future.
There could be machines colonising sections of the universe already spreading out wards created by a more evolved species.
If we continue to pursue these fantasy's we could well be voting for Mac or PC in the next election. "Yes mister president, I'll get those files uploaded to you immediately " wouldn't be surprised if Barack Obama was a T1000 lol

I always found those bombers interesting that dropped the nukes. Stupid how they would block out the sun. If you think about it, the humans may have won if they didn't block out the sun. Cause then all there great equipment they did have no longer worked.
