Potasiume Hydroxide dose a better Job as an Electrolight and it dose not come out of solution as much as Sodiume Bicarbinate or as Dangerous as Sodium Hydroxide(AKA Drain Cleaner)
You only have to Paint the Plates Edge with a Resist otherwise the Reaction comes of the Edge of the plate and not the hole plate. I have seen good results from liquid Electrical tape.
WaterProof your Wires and terminals allow only the plates to touch the Electrolight.
The converter in the back is likely producing more hydrogen because it is hot. Le Chatliers principle states that the chemical equilibrium should shift toward higher output with heating. A little water in you intake from the bubbler should also help to keep carbon from building up in your engine thus increasing gas mileage. As long as your components can stand the heat I would let them run hot. Tell me if you have been told otherwise.
hey thats a turbocharged engine does the hho actually go in the intake or does it push it back in the bottle you should check on that but nice video
