actually, the term devilfish is a colloquial term for octopus; the fact that a squid was pictured on the cover was just a choice by an editor, not scientific fact. Also, the description in the book is much closer to an octopus.

uhh actully its a squid, i found a websit of the book, and it showed the picture of the devil fish, and it was a squid. Octopus have eight arms, and squidhave i think eaight arms, and for sure two long ones and the picture of the book who wrote the book made that website, and she put a picture of a squid
