The studio release movie is jamming a lot of characters into black leather suits, tagging on names, and worrying about the story last. This is the sort of film they should have pursued. It uses a tight group of characters and focuses on what perpetuated all the early GIJoe stories: A scifi/fantasy angle. Nicely done.

Sweet promo. The only problem is that it looks like Snake Eyes & Duke actually kill those Cobra agents and as everybody knows, no one ever got killed in G.I. Joe, despite the non-stop laser fire.
