  • Excessive force was not used. He put people's life in danger by getting behind the wheel of a car while intoxicated. Around 3:30 the officer shoulda done a pit maneuver on him.

  • Professional. His age and disability and veteran status do not matter. He had numerous opportunities to comply so he was forced to comply. Good job by the Police if you ask me. Act like a fool, get treated like a fool.

  • wahhhhhh. btw? im a combat veteran.

  • don't run from the cops, and I don't see the cops doing anything wrong.

  • This man was a veteran and received numerous injuries at the hands of the HUntsville Police Department. His age and disablilty should have been taken into factor. Even though he was wrong for not stopping i believe excessive force was used. How can cops get away with this.? And as usual nothign will be done about this incodent because the judges are on the cops side. Madison County is hand and hand with each other. Thats how they make money and pat each other on the back.

  • @seanchapman78 so what if he is a veteran, he put soooo many lives in danger. and do you think the cops are going to ask his age and background when they take him in custody??? NOOOO He should not have ran from them and should not have been driving drunk....DONT blame the cops blame HIM
