  • see my rotti listens obeys and does everything he doest think he's dominant or anything he knows i am its master and i never trained it to be a "fight" dog yet if i get her close to anyone or specially any dog she will lock an rip fortunately i have a really big land so its not deprived of the outdoors but i still want to take her out sometimes how could i get her to let go on demand like this video i understand how to make a dog bite an object on demand but not how to get it to stop please&thnx

  • good boy!!

  • @ KLP2566.. Rotts are great dogs I have had many of them. My best advise is only to get one if you have the time to train and to be his/her buddy. I have found that all dogs want to do is please, With that being said if you want to get one because you think it's cool or makes you feel "ganster" then I say no. Best of luck to you in the future.

  • hi, I was considering getting a rottie but I have no experience in dogs as it will be my

first dog, do you think getting a rottie as a first dog is alright??

  • @TheN1H1LL Get a treat and put it in front of the dogs face while he is standing up and move the treat above his head and back, he should naturally sit and when he does say "Sit!" After that reward him and do it over again until he sits without the treat. I couldn't really tell what your comment was asking but I think that's what you asked.

  • how do you train a rott from scratch a pup, to sit down lets say ,do you force it down by pushing its behind manually or what until it gets used to consistency ??

  • how do you train a rott from scratch a pup, to sit down lets say ,do you force it down by pushing its behind manually or what until it gets used to consistency ??

  • how do you train them from scratch like force them to sit down or what, as in push there behind down??

  • Oh my GOsh! Your dog is Sooooo Obeying !!! Good job training, and teaching him! You're a great guy! (thinking of buying a Rottweiler, but I'm kind of afraid in training it, what if it goes wrong, I'm un-experienced and so on :| )

  • i used to have a rott but my mom gave him away kus she was scarred of it because it was HUGE! but it was the nicest dog ever i miss it and i WILL get my self another rott

  • dude!

  • nice rottie

  • great rot

  • good boy

  • Lol my Bernese mountain dog did that once...she broke off the branch

  • thats not showing me how to train my rotty how to release this is showing me that your rotty knows how to release but you do have a well trained rotty

  • He Gots that rott trained well=0)

  • i lik ur rottie mine is now very agressive wen it cums 2 training but idk how to teach him how to get dat lik ball 4rm da tree he doesnt listen at dat part 4 sum reasom =|

  • smart dog

  • i got a Rott yrs back, he used to get to the fences to greet me of coming home from 2 or 3 blocks away, i went on vacation for 2 weeks, he got so mad when i came back he hide in his dog house for nearly 20 mins while im right outside begging him to come out :) What a Sweatheart, i never forget Rocky !

  • what kind of FOod? doo you feed him..

  • royys suck

  • good boy

  • Beautiful dog. Rotties are so smart.

  • only problem with this is that in a Frenzey like an attack the animal would be 2 in to it might be a bit harder than just saying open 2 make your dog releace but good tho your dog has good grip and for its waight i guess its about 40 - 50 kg :) nice dog

  • @rossantonybuckle the german shepard is a good alternitive to the rott because it is known to release at command most of the time. but its only 2nd to the rott in grip.

  • strangely, this probably didn't take too much training, I had my Rottweiler pup biting and releasing by 3 months of age...they're very intelligent dogs, always wanting to please

  • no my dad woudl say your getin rid of it

  • i know thats what i sed i can get a full blood AKC champion blood line rotty FOR FREE from a friend

  • i miss my rotti

big dogs seem to have a lot of health problems i find, mine had cancer

but i love how smart they are, and how loyal.

  • if he live feed pedigree and give at least 2 hours of exercise every day and only 3 meals a day and only him drink water dat is how dogs fight cancer it happened to my uncle with his pitt and rottie too 7 months

  • yeah i turn 14 this year thing is its weaird as helkl tho he will let me have a reptile like a monitor and EVEN A CAIMEN!! but not a rot or pit i was like WTF!!!

  • im 15, buying a rottie in a couple months time.

  • i wnata rott SOOOOO bad i a;ways have eather a rot or a pit but my dad wont let me (im 13 ) he says they turn to easy and are can hurt/kill me if they wanted i tryed so hard for him to understand

  • well me i dont rly love pit, cuz they arent loyal, but rott is very loyal, they wont attack their owner

  • you are very uneducated.APBT'S ARE ONE OF THE MOST LOYAL BREEDS

  • acually a pitbull is also loyal

  • @chinglis pits are not that loyal as a german sheperd or a rott. lol you got a dog?

  • all dogs are loyal especially when you compare them to humans....

  • i could tell youve never owned any dog ever, and you clearly know nothing about pitbulls

  • i own a rottie and agree but disagree rotweilers are very loyal but so are pits. dont put a ignorant comment out their without knowing the facts, because your misinforing people and giving the pitbull a bad name. evry dog breed in the world has high potential, that all depends on the owner. it just so happens that pitbull owners tend to be irresponsible. they dont want the dog the want the look. get your shit right fool

  • The PB's at the dog park are not 'overly aggressive'...most have never been a problem with our Rottie.

Dogs are what you make them, but these breeds need a lot of attention.

  • @sowavy08 pits are very loyal to there owners and are very great dogs but the only problem is there breeding background. they are inbreads and that can caus a mentel deffect. Thats my issue with them.

  • a rotti knows when to play & when to guard! i have 3,and they all have there own character, but they also would attack if it feels threatened or family member was in trouble! Remember give them lots of love & praise & they will look after you,NO NEED to learn them to attack or be vicious

  • i seen your discription but just wanted to know other than the hanging a basketball etc..... thx

  • hey im about to get a rotty soon, and i was wondering at what age you would teach him how to be aggressive, and how would you start?

  • First and foremost, If you want a Rott to train to be aggressive, you dont need one. If your only intension is to be some tuff guy with a mean vicious dog youre the type that gives the breed a bad name. Its not the breed its the owner. If not, I say play with the dog see what he/she likes. Be stern but loving remember all they want to do is to please you. My dog just likes to play tug and this is how it started.

  • no, no tough guy tryin to do that, but i dont want my dog to grow up to be a pussy when someone tries to break thru the backyard...know what i mean? i want that "this is my house bitch" attitude... not here to ask how would i get my dog to attack kids

  • Usually the presence of a large dog is enough to keep the baddies away. Just have a good working relationship with the dog, train him and socialize him properly. Anything else is a liability, and that's the last thing we need, is another "But he wouldn't hurt a fly, he didn't mean to bite!" argument.

  • @jcarr1577 <---------------- stop spreading bull shit lies about dogs cant be born with aggressive you need to stop buying mutts and start buying the full breeds

  • @MissCedarbridge1 .. yeah... To my knowledge I've never spread an lies of any sort. To your comment of "stop buying mutts".. Buddy the dog you see here; is full German with papers so, I not sure why you are so hostle but for what ever reason thanks for watching the video anyways and remember if you have nothing nice to say, Save all of us your views and please keep them to your self. Thanks.

  • @jcarr1577 how many papers you have on your dog to proof he comes from a long line of full blood rotties

  • @jcarr1577 I want a Rott just like yours but i want a pup but i cant find can i teach them things to when they are older?

  • @yozgatli66ilker sure but it maybe harder. It is all about how hard the dog is willing to work in order to please you and how hard your willing to work in order to make it a treat or a reward. Best of luck.

  • @jcarr1577 see my rotti listens obeys and does everything he doest think he's dominant or anything he knows i am its master and i never trained it to be a "fight" dog yet if i get her close to anyone or specially any dog she will lock an rip fortunately i have a really big land so its not deprived of the outdoors but i still want to take her out sometimes how could i get her to let go on demand like this video i understand how to make a dog bite an object on demand but not how to get it to stop

  • @jcarr1577 also my rotties a she not a he i mistyped there

  • @DrNevaluvaho Retard! Its because ppl like u rotties are getting banned in more and more cuntrys! Imagine ppl who loves rotties get to know ur one of the reason their cuntry is banning rotties, im sure u wil get alot of friends :) Rotties have a strong protection instinct to their leader, u dont need to train that, i have never trained that on my rotties, and belive me, u wuld not slapp me while they where watching :) If u hitt, beat up or treat ur rotti as crap il promis u, he wil get u back =)

  • @crusleif > You say Exactly what Iwas thinking reading this fu***kers comment!!! Ohh My Lord--- First it was the Pitbulls that got all theese young, macho, gangster owners... they got banned... then came the Amstaffs... and now theese wonderful, loyale rottweilers are on the list... WHEN ARE PPL GOING TO LEARN???? STOP ABUSING EVERYTHING AROUND YOU!!!

  • @DrNevaluvaho GET A FKN CLUE GUY. Any idiot that does this with Rottweilers needs a bullet in the head. Could you disrespect the breed and the owners of the breed any more dumbass. Go get a Cocker Spaniel if you want a mean dog.

  • great stuff!!!! love rotties
