That's because Mr. Wiggles used it from that Russian ballet dancer in the movie, "White Knight," in order to make fun of the Praise Dancers and the pagan holidays according to Jeremiah 10:2-5. He mixed it up as a crowd-pleaser because the Praise Dancers hassle him and other entertainers to wear tights, leotards and streamers, so Mary Mary saw his resume and replaced him with a Black man in one of their videos, "Get Up," while plagiarizing from him. That's why he's protective of his stuff.
