Yes they are good for you BUB. Make sure you eat the entire apple along with its' seeds and chew the seeds completely. Heck, I've taken to eating lemon seeds, grape seeds, grapefruit seeds, etc as well.
@hey78huy Really? I believe there's some truth to this. The governing forces that be lie so much I have no faith in their truthfulness abt anything because of the focus of profit. I think I just might try eating the seeds along w the apple and the grapes!!!! Thanks

I thought apple seeds had trace amounts of arsenic, not enough to harm but....
How are all these seeds good for you?
When I wqas young I loved apple and ate them WHOLE so....
