  • Worked on this rig in the 80's when it was the Penrod 92.

  • Hi. i've done my Bosiet and mist training and passed my medical, cannot get a sniff of a job offshore as a roustabout. i've 10 years towercrane experience and 12 years experience slinging/banking. if i do the banksman and rigger courses with sparrows do they put me on their books and find work or do they just give you the cert and let you on your way? i'm finding it's who you know and not what you knw seems to be the system to get work offshore.

  • @rneoman try sparrows, I work for them as a sparky mate. they are always taking on

  • our conductor and equipment right in the picture, lolol

  • I'm working on that rig at the moment in the East Irish Sea off blackpool. Bill the sparkie is still working on there, if you want to find Bill pop to the stored he's sure to be in there with Terry havin a cuppa lol

  • i thought the E92 was still in the north sea

If you know Billy deck crew, he's a scouser, tell him vinny from the B1D said hello, i worked for PSN at the time

  • Billy is still about mate & as lazy as ever lol, flew back with him on Tues, do you know George the crane op ?. The E92 has been in Irish Sea for about 18 months now, we've got abandonment to do next then couple more wells then back to North Sea. I'll send your regards next trip

  • i remember george he is an oldish scottish fellow if i rememeber, i knew the deck crew more than most on there, there is some nice girls on there isnt there hahaha the dont speak to you though, havea look at my videos i have vidoes of the E92 as well as others

  • That'll be george mate. The girls are very fit & very misserable apart from one ( the cementer is shaggin her ) Most of the E92 crew are from Great yarmout/lowestoft area. I felt quite left out as i'm from Norwich, only one other from norwich on there. Who you working for & where abouts ?
