i agree with everything he is saying except i dont think you will only lose 1 pound a month, you will lose a lot more eating one meal a day. add some protein too is important like fish or boiled eggs.
im eating fruits daily lunch and dinner... is this good ??? im following a modified version of the gm diet... restricting myself to only fruits and 10 glasses of water a day..

You can lose more depending on the fruits you eat and the amount.

No worry about calories. Just try to eat as much fruits as you can and do any body fitness. I do jogging every other day.
