If you do not want to build on your tricep muscle, I recommend doing this exercise with low resistance but high repetitions. Doing it this way will tone the muscles rather than make them larger. On the contrary, if your goal was to build muscle mass, you would use high resistance with low reps.
@AylioFitness its extremely hard for girls to get "big/bulky" its hard enough for most guys who have much more testosterone. i wouldnt worry about girls using higher resistance, its shown to be much more beneficial for bone density and general health.
