Not sure if its the same people cause I didn't watch the video but Wedge and Biggs were part of AVALANCHE from FInal Fantasy 7.

Biggs and Wedge are common references reused in various FFs, much like the Cids or Bahamut. Here, they were the soldiers at the beginning of FFIV questioning the King's orders to steal the crystal of water. they then were playable in The After years for Ceodore's intro mission in the prologue.

@mistokibbles Biggs and Wedge are in many FF and other Square Enix Games (FF8, SoM, for example). I dont rember them being in the original FF IV just nameless engineers
