we only kept 5 of them. we lost a lot trying to hook them quickly.that many is not a common thing on ci . they were swollowing baits deep. none was frozen .i wire buffed the barbie plate and had a BBQ . crumbed a lot some plain some with flour n salt some with birds eye chilli n soy.

there were a lot more of these fish like 59 years ago. My dad told me of getting into schools and catching over a hundred fish and there were plenty of fish still in the school when they stopped fishing.

I have never caught more that eight or ten in one school.
