Very good reporting, thanks. This kind of stuff is really interesting to me. It's interesting how one guy said that the exchange rate depends on the demand, a true free market! What you have is a market (black money market) within a bigger market (world financial market). Microloans might also show the same thing, maybe the world financial market doesn't satisfy everyone's needs. Even the authorities use them, that anonymous man was showing that, right?
