Not high at all, also, I thought he was going to jumo ON TO a trampoline from a 45ft high drop, but NO, instead he's doing something incredibly easy and in fact not scary at all.

@horselesssleigh cameras tend not justify things for what it is in person. 45 is a pretty decently high height, and many of have jumped off of things higher. but if u have read the title correctly u would of realized that they weren't jumping onto a trampoline from that high. and yeah it is pretty easy to do, and maybe they're not going for the scarey side of it mayb just looking for some fun
